 Shipping and Delivery

• All purchases made on Devgandha are shipped from our warehouse in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh by our reputed courier partners.
• We ship every order within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order in metro cities within 3-7 business days. Deliveries in locations which are in the interiors or in remote areas, this may take up to 10-12 working days.
• Our logistics partners shall deliver the orders between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
• We will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the order at your doorstep. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Devgandha reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
• For any complaints with regards to the delivery of your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of the delivery for resolution.
• We offer free shipping all across India on all orders above Rs 590. We are charging a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 50 if your total order value is less than Rs. 590.

 

Returns and refunds

It is our utmost priority to give you the best shopping and product experience. Once sold, we do not accept exchange or return of any product. As, most of the products manufactured and sold by us are used for devotional purposes, considering that opened or used products cannot be reused.

• The order is eligible for exchange only if you have received a damaged product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery on Whatsapp at +917017444240 or devgandhaindia@gmail.com. We shall initiate the exchange of the product after the investigation.
• Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging.
• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
